MOUNTAIN BIKING ACTIVITY :
participating Is easy!
- Form a team OR take on the challenge solo.
- Everyone is welcome: boys/girls, men/women, non-binary folx, etc.
- Set a goal to collect as many donations as possible and then bike 10, 20 or 30 km on Mont Sutton on August 16.
Note that electric bikes are allowed.
To participate in this activity, you have to raise at least $300. You will get a fundraising web page for yourself and one for your team, which will make it easier to raise funds.
The registration fee is $60 and goes toward the event costs. No tax receipt will be issued for the registration fee and it is not refundable. If you are unable to participate, the registration fee will become a donation.
Your donors will receive an official receipt for tax purposes for any donation of $20 or more.
HIKING ACTIVITY:
To participate in this activity, you have to raise at least $100.
The registration fee is $30 and goes toward the event costs. No tax receipt will be issued for the registration fee and it is not refundable. If you are unable to participate, the registration fee will become a donation..
You can create your own team or join an existing one, with biking and/or hiking participants!
Your family and friends can join you on the hike and walk with you.
The hiking activity is free for children.
Your donors will receive an official receipt for tax purposes for any donation of $20 or more.
VAN LIFE/RV ACTIVITY:
To stay in the Van Life MTL area, you will have to reserve with Mont Sutton, on its website.
You will be able to park your van or RV in front of the main chalet at Mont Sutton, in parking lot P2C.
Note that tent accommodations will not be permitted at this location.

TEAMS
You can form a team of two or more people, including a captain who will be in charge of the team.
You can combine mountain biking and hiking participants in the same team.

We are looking to raise $110,000 in donations to support research to stop MS and to improve the quality of life of people living with this disease.
